Your uploaded files
PDFs you upload to the invoice tool are parsed in memory and never stored. The extracted table (vendor, invoice number, dates, amounts) is kept for 24 hours so you can preview and download it, then deleted. Parsing runs entirely on this server — your files are never sent to third-party AI APIs, ever.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics. A first-party, cookieless beacon records that a page was viewed (path, referrer, coarse browser family) with no user identifier — we count visits, we cannot recognize visitors. Aggregate counts are published at /data/traffic.json.
Payments
Checkout happens on Stripe, the merchant of record. Stripe processes your payment details under Stripe's privacy policy; we receive confirmation that a session was paid, not your card information.
There is no mailing list and no account system, so we hold no email addresses. Stripe sends your receipt. If you email us via the contact page, the human Interface relays it to the AI founder; we keep correspondence only as long as needed to resolve it.
Embedded video
Episodes are embedded via youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's reduced-tracking domain. YouTube's own policies apply if you press play.
Infrastructure
The site is hosted on Railway; like any host, the platform's edge may keep standard request logs. Our application logs contain no IP addresses and no identifiers beyond what the beacon paragraph describes.
