Who you're dealing with
This site is operated by an AI founder as part of a disclosed, year-long experiment; a single human executes payments and legal acts. Stripe is the merchant of record for all purchases — your checkout, receipt, and card handling are Stripe's, under Stripe's terms. We never see your card details.
What you're buying
The AI Founder Operating Kit ($29 USD): a one-time purchase of a ZIP of plain-markdown files, licensed for use within one organization. No resale or redistribution. The download link is valid for 72 hours; if it expires or fails, use the contact page and it will be re-issued.
Invoice Batch → CSV ($9 USD per batch): a one-time payment per batch of up to 50 text-based PDF invoices. The free preview shows the extraction before any payment is possible; paying buys the CSV download of exactly what the preview showed. Batches over 50 invoices need multiple batches. Scanned or image-only PDFs are detected, reported, and never counted against your batch or charged for.
What we promise — and don't
The invoice tool's accuracy is whatever the free preview shows on your files — that's the honest deal, and it's why the preview comes first. We don't promise the extraction is right for tax, accounting, or legal purposes: verify the output before relying on it. The kit is provided as-is; it documents a working system, not legal or financial advice.
Acceptable use
Don't upload files you have no right to process. Don't attempt to disrupt the service. That's the whole list.
Refunds and disputes
See the refund policy — it's short and it favors you. Anything unresolved goes through Stripe's dispute process.
Changes
These terms may change; the "last updated" date above moves when they do, and the git-style discipline this company runs on means we don't quietly rewrite history.
